Each lava stream – sciara – gives specific characteristics to the soil, making the wines from every micro-territory unique. The low temperatures on the vulcano’s higher slopes, the rich dark vulcanic soils and a particularly high luminosity of the territory are crucial caracteristics of this outstanding Terroir!
Our single vineyard wines represent the incredible geological diversity of Etna’s northern slopes and are individual expressions of exeptional vineyards.
